Top 5 Exercises For Ankylosing Spondylitis

Ankylosing Spondylitis is a difficult disease to treat. It is caused by adverse autoimmune reaction. To cut a long story short, the body ends up attacking itself, destroying tissue and severely reducing joint mobility. Since this problem has a genetic dimension to it, it may not be possible to avoid it completely. Moreover, there is at present no cure for Ankylosing Spondylitis.

Yes this is a depressing picture. However, there is still reason to stand up and fight. Doctors and physiotherapists around the world say that Ankylosing Spondylitis can be managed with proper and regular exercise.
